Finding the model of your device is different on iPhone then it is on an Android device.
On iPhone you want to open Settings > General > About > Model Name.
On Android open Settings > About Phone (typically at the bottom) > Model.

All Device Doctor Bookings come with a free quote! We will contact you with the quote before going through with the repair.

At Device Doctor we want to make things as convenient as we can for you so we offer two different ways to fix a device. You can drop off the device and we will repair it in the hour time block the appointment is booked for or we can come right to your door and repair your phone in your driveway. All repairs are done quickly and professionally with high quality parts in which we are very open to the customers about.

After filling out all of the information in the booking section we will contact you at your preferred method with the quote and times that will work. To go through with the repair you contact us back with confirmation of the price and the date that works best for you. that is all.
